H08CrMoA HIC SJ110
H08CrMoA HIC is a low-sulfur, low-phosphorus 1.2%Cr-0.5%Mo pearlite heat-resistant steel submerged arc welding wire. It is used in conjunction with the corresponding flux SJ110 for submerged arc automatic welding. The weld bead is well-formed, and slag removal from the groove is easy. It has excellent mechanical properties, especially the low-temperature impact value at -30℃ can reach over 120J.
Application:
It is used for welding heat-resistant steels with high purity and mechanical properties requirements that operate below 520℃, such as boiler pipes, high-pressure vessels, and petrochemical equipment.
