AWS A5.11 ENi-1

Ni102/ENi-1 is a titanium-calcium type pure nickel electrode. Its chemical composition code is NiTi3. The deposited metal has excellent mechanical properties and heat and corrosion resistance. It can be used with both AC and DC power sources.
Applications:

It is mainly used for welding nickel-based alloys and bimetallic materials in chemical equipment, food industry, and medical device manufacturing. It can also be used as a transition layer for overlay welding, with good fusion performance and crack resistance.

Notes:
1. Before welding, the welding rods must be baked at 250℃ for 1 hour and used immediately after baking.
2. Before welding, all impurities such as rust, oil, and moisture on the surface of the weldment must be removed.
