WC Flexible Rope Material

WC flexible rope (tungsten carbide flexible welding wire, also known as hard alloy flexible welding wire) is a flexible welding material with a nickel wire as the core, and the outer layer is coated with cast tungsten carbide (CTC) / spherical tungsten carbide (SCTC) + self-fluxing nickel-based alloy. It has excellent high wear resistance, toughness and flexible construction properties, and is mainly used for industrial wear-resistant welding repair.

Key performance features:

Ultra-high hardness and wear resistance: The hardness of WC is close to that of diamond (Mohs 9 grade), and its wear life is 5-10 times that of high manganese steel.
Flexible and bendable: It can be wound and bent, suitable for complex curved surfaces and on-site manual overlay welding, portable and easy to operate.
Low welding temperature and strong bonding: Construction can be carried out with oxyacetylene welding (around 1050℃), with small deformation and strong bonding, and not prone to detachment.
Corrosion resistance and heat resistance: Nickel-based alloys provide excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, suitable for high-temperature/ corrosive working conditions.
Processability: The overlay layer can be ground to precise dimensions.

Oil drilling: Wear-resistant overlay welding for drill bits, drill pipes, and mud pump components.
Mining machinery: Scrapers, chutes, crusher teeth plates, tunnel boring machine cutting tools.
Construction machinery: Concrete mixer blades, excavator bucket teeth, pump valve sealing surfaces.
Electricity / Metallurgy: Coal grinding rollers, conveying pipelines, high-temperature valves.
