Characteristics and Applications:
ERCuNi is one kind of Copper and nickel alloy welding wire，It contains high amounts of nickel andapplies better resistant to corrosion. It is suitable for the welding of copper-nickel alloy ,nickel alloy,645-Isteel.
Notes on Usage:
1. Use 99.997% purity of Ar as shielding gas with current range around 100~200 Amp while gas flow rate is7~12 Vmin; and around 200~300 Amp while gas flow rate is around 12~15 I/min.
2.Clean the surface of base metal to prevent contamination.
