Titanium welding wire TA12

TA2 is a commercial pure titanium welding wire. Compared with TA1 welding wire, it has lower impurity content and exhibits excellent mechanical properties as well as outstanding welding process performance.

Usage: It is used for welding of titanium-based alloys, mainly in seawater and saltwater heat exchangers, condensers, and paper bleaching system projects.

Notes:
1. The welding area must be thoroughly cleaned of oil residues, rust, moisture and other surface impurities.
2. During welding, to prevent the surface temperature of the weld seam from getting too high and causing oxidation, a tail cover must be added to enhance the protective effect.
